Rye Neck Schools to Hold Vote on $35.5M Bond Thursday
District-wide improvements are in the proposal.
RYE, NY — Voters in the Rye Neck School District will go to the polls Thursday, October 6 to decide whether to approve a $35.5 million bond for district-wide construction.
The polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. at the Rye Neck High School Community Room, 300 Hornidge Rd. in Rye.
Information from the district said that the state will chip in 13.58 percent — or nearly $5 million — toward the project in building aid.

Among the proposed projects are:
- Two new classrooms at Daniel Warren
- Four new instructional spaces at F.E. Bellows
- Eight additional science classrooms at the Middle/High School
- Upgrades to Middle/High School Gymnasium
