Thursday, December 26:

Snowman Toss at Jumpin' Jeepers. Everybody wins with our Snowman toss!!

Scuba Santa Live and in Person at the Maritime Aquarium at Norwalk! at The Maritime Aquarium at Norwalk. Santa will strap on scuba gear and enter the Maritime Aquarium’s 110,000-gallon “Ocean Beyond the Sound” exhibit, which is home to 7-foot sand tiger and lemon sharks! Ho Ho Ho!! This is something your kids wont forget!

Winter Break Mini-Camp for ages 5-10 at the John Jay Homestead Historic Site in Katonah at John Jay Homestead Historic Site. An educational program for children aged five to ten, held during winter school break, with each day focused on a different topic. This is a drop-off program. Reservations required. $15 per child; $12 for members of the Friends of John Jay Homestead.

Friday, December 27:

Winter Break Mini-Camp for ages 5-10 at the John Jay Homestead Historic Site in Katonah at John Jay Homestead Historic Site. An educational program for children aged five to ten, held during winter school break, with each day focused on a different topic. This is a drop-off program. Reservations required. $15 per child; $12 for members of the Friends of John Jay Homestead.

Winter Day Camp at the Pratt Nature Center  at Pratt Nature Center. It’s "Summer" Camp at the Pratt Nature Center on Days Off of school!! Each season holds different adventures!! Hike the mountain to see what's growing during spring and fall or snowshoe and sled during the winter! Your kids will have a ton of fun!

School’s Out / Art’s In  at Katonah Museum of Art. Portraits are the theme for these fun school vacation activities. Create a colorful collage person, learn to draw a portrait, construct an unusual head, and print an expressive face. These are just some of the projects we have planned!

Make your very own snowglobe! at Jumpin' Jeepers. Every kid can make a favorite decor staple to cherish for years to come

Bricks 4 Kidz @ Larchmont Library at Larchmont Public Library.  Come learn about LEGO's and construct a really cool structure with Aaron Tang.

It's a Wonderful Life at Jacob Burns Film Center. Never before has George Bailey’s plight seemed so painful. And never before have the intercessions of Clarence, his guardian angel—who shows George the good he has done in the world—been so sweet.

Saturday, December 28: 

Holiday Model Train Display at Lasdon Park. Visit the main house all decked out for the holidays and see the Polar Express during the first ever holiday train show.

The Muppet Christmas Carol at Jacob Burns Film Center. Joining Academy Award–winner Michael Caine (Scrooge), the Muppets—led by Kermit (Bob Cratchit) and Miss Piggy (Emily Cratchit)—put their own special spin on the Charles Dickens tale of one man’s discovery of humanity and holiday spirit.

EXHIBITIONS: A BILLION BRICKS: LEGO® T-Rex, Turtles & Trains!  at Stamford Museum & Nature Center. Bill Probert & I LUG (LEGO® Users Group) NY return for a fifth season with a LEGO® landscape of epic proportions.

Shark Dive Observation at the Maritime Aquarium in Norwalk at Stamford Museum & Nature Center. The Maritime Aquarium's dive team spends quality time with the sand tiger sharks, lemon shark and other creatures. Thanks to a cool communication link, you can even talk with the divers while they're in the exhibit with the sharks!

Eye to I... 3,000 Years of Portraits at Katonah Museum of Art. Eye to I explores the countless ways individuals experience imagery. Interpretive copy written by over 100 contributors – from a U.S. poet laureate to a local police officer – offer personal responses to the 60 portraits on display.
