A criminal charge is only an accusation, and does not indicate convictions.﻿﻿﻿﻿﻿ ﻿ Arrests <ul> <li>On Jan. 1, Albert Bongiorno from Patchogue was arrested in Bayport on a charge of driving while intoxicated.</li> <li>Blue Point resident Daniel Harnett was arrested in Blue Point on Jan 1 on a charge of driving while intoxicated.</li> <li>Antonio Piticco from Medford was arrested in Bayport on Jan. 1 on a charge of driving while intoxicated.</li> <li>On Jan. 4, Nicholas Samson from Bayport was arrested in East Patchogue on a charge of criminal mischief.</li> <li>Ronkonkoma resident Daniel Colon was arrested in Bayport on a charge of driving while intoxicated on Jan. 6.</li> <li>On Jan. 7, John Jaeger from Blue Point was arrested in Sayville on a charge of driving while intoxicated.</li> </ul> Incidents <ul> <li>On Jan. 1, an incident of harassment on Sylvan Avenue in Bayport was reported to police at 12:30 a.m.</li> <li>Police were alerted to an incident of harassment on Railroad Street in Bayport on Jan. 5 at 11 p.m.</li> <li>On the same day, Seaman Avenue residents notified police of a burglary at 10 a.m.</li> </ul>
