A 26-year-old Bay Shore man was killed after his motorcycle struck a tree in Calverton Friday night. According to police, Darien Grasman was riding the motorcycle eastbound on Mill Road, west of Edwards Avenue, when he lost control of the vehicle, skidded off the roadway and struck a tree at about 7:45 p.m.Grasman was transported to Stony Brook University Hospital where he was pronounced dead.The investigation is continuing. Anyone with information on the crash is asked to contact Seventh Squad detectives at <a rel="nofollow" target="_blank" href>631-852-8752</a>.Photo: Google Maps
