The Johnny Mac Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) charity organized in the name of FDNY Firefighter John F. McNamara, a Blue Point resident who died in 2009 of his 9/11 related cancer.
The May 19, 2012, 5K Run/2K Walk will support the Foundation's mission to build a community center in Blue Point and to also support 9/11 Responder related causes.
