Tai Chi for Everyone

This simplified method of Tai Chi consists of a series of easy to learn, gentle movements done in a slow, rhythmic manner.Β  These exercises will improve your balance and flexibility and reduce the effect stress has on your body.Β  Be sure to wear loose, comfortable clothing and soft soled shoes.Β  Fee:Β  $10 payable by check only. Registration begins January 3 for residents, and January 9 for non-residents.
