• Hampton Bays Woman Nabbed In Underage Alcohol Sting In Shirley: Police (patch.com) — Police say an underage alcohol sting at V & W Parkway Deli on William Floyd Parkway in Shirley led to the arrest of a 37-year-old employee. The operation, run by the 7th Precinct's Criminal Investigative Unit after community complaints, used an underage police agent to test alcohol sales. The woman received a field appearance ticket and a future court date.
