Before Caleca ran down Sandeep Singh, 29, the two men had exchanged words because the door of Singh’s car was blocking the street, according to the New York Post.
After calling Singh a terrorist, Caleca hit the gas on his truck and struck Singh, who was dragged more than 30 feet, the Post reported.
