Man Used Stolen Credit Card In Smithtown, Medford With Help From Group

The man used the credit card but another man and three women were seen picking items for him to purchase.

Police are looking for a man who illegally used a credit card with help from four more people in Smithtown and Medford last month.

A victim lost his credit card at the Patchogue Train Station in March.

The credit card was then used at multiple stores in the Smith Haven Mall as well as several stores in Medford on March 28.

The total amount purchased was over $3,000.

There are 5 people involved, two men and three women (all pictured above).

The white man is the one who used the card to make purchases, but the others were picking items for him to buy.

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest.

Anyone with information about this crime is asked to call anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800- 220-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential.
