Silver Alert Issued for Missing Patchogue Man

Joseph Kutteh suffers from bipolar disorder, police say.

The Suffolk County Police Department has issued a Silver Alert for a missing Patchogue man who suffers from bipolar disorder and may be suicidal.

Joseph Kutteh, 46, of 234 River Ave., Apt. 2A, was last seen at St. Mary’s Church, located in East Islip on Wednesday at 1:13 p.m.

Kutteh is white, 5-foot-8, 180 pounds and may be under the influence of drugs, police said. He was last seen wearing gray pants, gray short-sleeve shirt with a checkered design. He was operating a 2007 Chevy Cobalt, four-door sedan, with New York plates GRB5576.

Police are asking anyone with information on Kutteh to contact the Third Squad at 631-854-8341.
