Silver Alert Issued for Missing Patchogue Man

The Suffolk County Police Department has issued a Silver Alert for a missing Patchogue man who suffers from bipolar disorder and may be suicidal.

Joseph Kutteh, 46, of 234 River Ave., Apt. 2A, was last seen at St. Mary’s Church, located in East Islip on Wednesday at 1:13 p.m.

Kutteh is white, 5-foot-8, 180 pounds and may be under the influence of drugs, police said. He was last seen wearing gray pants, gray short-sleeve shirt with a checkered design. He was operating a 2007 Chevy Cobalt, four-door sedan, with New York plates GRB5576.

Police are asking anyone with information on Kutteh to contact the Third Squad at 631-854-8341.

Silver Alert is a program implemented in Suffolk County that allows local law enforcement to share information with media outlets about individuals with special needs who have gone missing.
