  • An incident of harassment was reported on Plymouth Boulevard in Smithtown on Dec. 10
  • An incident of harassment was reported on Beech Street in Lake Grove on Dec. 10
  • An incident of identity theft was reported on Chapel Hill Road in Lake Grove on Dec. 5
  • A burglary was reported on Oakside Drive in Smithtown on Dec. 4
  • An incident of harassment was reported on Janet Court in Nesconset on Dec. 7
  • An incident of criminal mischief was reported on Elliot Avenue in Lake Grove on Dec. 6
  • An incident of criminal mischief was reported on Landing Avenue in Smithtown on Dec. 5
  • A burglary was reported on Cantor Court in Smithtown on Dec. 4

Arrests

  • Joseph Passigilia, 28, of Smithtown, was arrested in Brentwood on Dec. 5 on a charge of operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs
  • David Gloria, 19, of St. James, was arrested in Nesconset on Dec. 6 on a charge of DWI-1st offense
  • Gary Williamson, 25, of Smithtown, was arrested in Shirley on Dec. 10 on a charge of second degree burglary
  • Frank Malena, 54, of Nesconset, was arrested in Islip on Dec. 10 on a charge of DWI-1st offense
  • Steven Panagatos, 26, of Nesconset, was arrested in Brentwood on Dec. 10 on a charge of fourth degree criminal possession of stolen property
