• An incident of criminal mischief was reported on Gilbert Avenue in Smithtown on Oct. 28
• An incident of harassment was reported on Dorchester Road in Smithtown on Oct. 27
• An incident of harassment was reported on Asbury Drive in Smithtown on Oct. 25
• An assault was reported on Lexington Avenue in Smithtown on Oct. 25

• An incident of harassment was reported on Moriches Road in St. James on Nov. 3
• A burglary was reported on Takats Lane in St. James on Oct. 30

• A burglary was reported on Sun Hill Road in Nesconset on Oct. 30
• A burglary was reported on Main Avenue on Lake Grove on Nov. 4
• An incident of identity theft was reported on Arbor Field Way in Lake Grove on Oct. 27

Arrests

• Haley Shea, 29, of Lake Grove, was arrested in Patchogue on Oct. 31 on a charge of DWI-1st offense
• Lisa Kelly, 49, of Lake Grove, was arrested in Ronkonkoma on Oct. 28 on a charge of aggravated DWI
• Daniel Taylor, 38, of St. James, was arrested in Central Islip on Oct. 27 on a charge of third degree burglary
• Lauren Wolff, 31, of Coram, was arrested in Smithtown on Nov. 4 on a charge of fourth degree grand larceny
• James McInerney, 45, of Smithtown, was arrested in Selden on Oct. 24 on several counts of fourth degree grand larceny
• Michael Lulo, 35, of Nesconset, was arrested in Lake Ronkonkoma on Nov. 4 on operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs
