4 Injured in Crash; Driver Busted for DWI: Police

The driver rear ended another vehicle at a stop sign, police said.

SOUTHAMPTON, NY — Four people were injured after a drunk driver rear ended a vehicle at a stop sign early Sunday, police said.

According to Southampton Town Police, Ever Noe Castelllon Pena, 28, was arrested at 12:50 a.m. and charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, as well as driving without a license, a violation, after he rear ended another vehicle at a stop sign on Cold Spring Harbor Road and Sebonac Road.

Four people were treated for minor injuries at Southampton Hospital, police said.

Castellon Pena was not physically injured; he was taken to Southampton Town Police headquarters for processing and will be arraigned Sunday morning, police said.
