
Bridge Bancorp, Inc., the holding company for the , has announced the promotions of Kevin L. Santacroce and James J. Manseau to executive vice president. Santacroce is the bank's chief lending officer and Manseau is chief retail banking officer.

Santacroce joined the Bridgehampton National Bank in 1997 as a commercial loan officer, and was promoted to senior banking officer of the East Hampton/Montauk region the following year. In quick succession, he was promoted to vice president, credit administration, and in 2003 to senior vice president and chief credit officer. In 2005, he was promoted to chief lending officer. He graduated with distinction in 2000 from the American Bankers Association's Stonier Graduate School of Banking. He holds a BS in business administration from Bryant University in Smithfield, Rhode Island, where he graduated magna cum laude in 1990. Kevin is a member of the Risk Management Association for Commercial Banks and currently serves on the board of trustees of in Riverhead. Kevin resides in Southold with his wife and their four children.
James J. Manseau

For more than 25 years, Manseau has been growing deposits and loans, and developing relationships in the Long Island business community. He came to Bridgehampton National Bank in 2008 with an extensive banking background, having previously worked in many roles at North Fork/Capital One, including serving as a divisional senior vice president, with 10 districts and 120 branches under his supervision. He received an AS in business administration from . Active in the community, he has served as treasurer of the St. Anthony's CYO Council and president of the Tides Homeowners Association. He and his wife and two children reside in Rocky Point.
