Drunk Driver Busted After Hit and Run on Sunrise Highway: Police
BREAKING: The crash resulted in property damage, police said.
QUOGUE, NY — A drunk driver was arrested after a a hit and run crash on Sunrise Highway Sunday, police said.
According to New York State Police, Rodrigo E. Sangurima, 24, of Hampton Bays, was arrested after the crash, which resulted in property damage and took place as he was heading east on Sunrise Highway near Exit 64.
He was charged with driving while intoxicated and held at Southampton Town Justice Court to await arraignment, police said.
