Drunk Driver Busted in Southampton: Police

The motorist drove over hazard markings, police said.

SOUTHAMPTON, NY — A Center Moriches man was arrested Saturday for driving drunk in Southampton, police said.

According to New York State Police, Marino Pincay-Sanchez, 31, was charged with driving while ability impaired by alcohol following a traffic stop on County Route 104, after he was stopped for for driving over hazard markings.

Pincay-Sanchez was issued an appearance ticket and is slated to return to Southampton Town Justice Court on October 14 at 9 a.m., police said.
