Drunk Driver Nabbed on Flanders Road: Police
The man was also charged with unlicensed operation, police said.
FLANDERS, NY — An unlicensed drunk driver was nabbed on Flanders Road Saturday, police said.
According to Southampton Town Police, Jonny Martinez-Luque, 35, was arrested Saturday at 1:42 a.m. after he was seen failing to maintain his lane.
He was stopped and found to be intoxicated, arrested, and charged with driving while intoxicated, third degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor, and unlicensed operation, move from lane unsafely, obstructed view, and unsafe tires, all violations, police said.

Martinez-Luque was transported to the Southampton Town police headquarters for arrest processing and held for arraignment, police said.
