Drunk Driver Nabbed in Southampton: Police
The intoxicated man was seen speeding and changing lanes unsafely, police said.
SOUTHAMPTON, NY — A Southampton man was caught driving drunk and speeding on Sunday, police said.
According to New York State Police, Jose F. Cruz Ramirez, 26, was arrested on County Road 80 in Southampton and charged with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop; he was also charged with speeding and moving from lane unsafely.
Ramirez is due back in Southampton Justice Court on Nov. 14, police said.
