Flanders Man Drove Drunk in Riverside: Police

A Flanders man was busted Monday after he drove drunk in Riverside, police said.

According to Southampton Town Police, Christopher Galvano, 57, was arrested at 8:44 p.m. on Old Quogue Road after he was stopped for a traffic infraction.

An investigation revealed that he was driving in an intoxicated condition, police said.

Galvano was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor. He was arrested at the scene, taken to police headquarters, and held for morning arraignment, police said.
