Local Actor Seeks Support To Set Off On New Tattoo Career
The clock is ticking to help Adam Fronc sign up for a new tattoo school he says will forever change his future.

SOUTHAMPTON, NY — A young man familiar to local Southampton theatergoers is seeking support from friends as he sets off a new career journey as a tattoo artist.
Adam Fronc, who has performed in a long string of East End theatrical productions, has kicked off a GoFundMe page, "Tattoo Apprenticeship," which has raised $1,018 of its $5,000 goal so far.
"Some of you know I have been preparing for a long time for my tattoo apprenticeship," Fronc wrote. "I've had the most amazing year of my life this past year, and I decided to go for my dreams. Finally, I won't let the thought of 'I'm not good enough' or 'I don't have the money' stop me. I have gotten accepted to a revolutionary tattoo program in Brooklyn."

"I need your help to make this happen. The most amazing thing about Body, Art and Soul Tattoo is that after I graduate from the apprenticeship program, I have a guaranteed job working there as a tattoo artist. Yes, you read that right. In a little over a year, I will be a working tattoo artist," Fronc wrote.

"The Academy of Responsible Tattooing is committed to changing how tattoo artists are made — from poor apprenticeships that are hard to find, hard to upkeep, have no guarantees, and could be grueling and full of hazing and not actually teaching you, to a legitimate trade school that covers everything from history to proper blood pathogen training, classic tattooing and developing as an artist," he continued.
"I know that there are a lot of you who have said that you would get a tattoo from me in the future. Some of you already have my designs inked on your bodies by other tattooers. Now is your chance to give me a little support to ensure I can actually do this. No contribution is too small, every little bit will help. I need to put down a deposit by January 25."
Those who contribute should include their email address; he plans to give something back to each supporter.
Here's a list of what supporters will receive:
