Man Busted For Drunk Driving in Southampton Village: Police
The arrest was made on Sunday.
A Southampton man was busted for driving drunk in Southampton Village on Sunday, according to State Police.
Agustin Escobar Ruiz, 41, was stopped for a traffic violation on North Sea Road when he was found to be drunk, according to police.
He was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated and issued uniform traffic tickets returnable to the Village of Southampton Court on Jan. 11.
