Man Charged With Assault After Fight on Route 27 in Southampton: State Police
The arrest took place on Saturday, police said.
A Nesconset man was arrested on New York State Route 27 in Southampton after a physical altercation Saturday, police said.
According to New York State Police, the man was charged with assault in the third degree following the dispute between himself and another person.
He was issued an appearance ticket and is due back in Southampton Town Justice Court on February 17.
