Man Charged With DWI After Flanders Crash: Police

FLANDERS, NY — A man was charged with driving while intoxicated after a Flanders crash early Friday, police said.

According to Southampton Town Police, the crash took place at 12:02 a.m. on County Road 105 near Flanders Road. One of the drivers, Jose Manchame Orellano, 34 of Flanders was found to be intoxicated, arrested, and charged with two counts of felony DWI, police said.

He was taken to Southampton Town Police headquarters, where he was processed and held for morning arraignment, police said.
