Man Cuffed for DWI on Riverleigh Avenue: Police
The man was stopped for having non-transparent front side windows, police said.
SOUTHAMPTON, NY - A Riverside man was caught driving drunk on Riverleigh Avenue on Thursday, police said.
According to New York State Police, Rudy D. Garcias-Rojas, 30, was stopped for having non-transparent front side windows and charged with driving while intoxicated.
He is slated to appear in Southampton Town Justice Court on March 16, police said.
