Missing Dog, Lucy, Possibly Snatched from Southampton Lawn

Lucy's family is desperate to get their beloved pet back and said no questions will be asked — and a reward is offered.

Another Southampton family is searching desperately for their missing dog this week.

Kristina Fisher said her dog, Lucy, 6, a black-and-white Jack Russell Terrier, went missing on Saturday from her family’s home on Toylsome Lane in Southampton.

They’re gripped with fear that their beloved pet has been stolen, she said.

“My dad went out to check on Lucy on Saturday afternoon and he found her invisible fence collar on the lawn near the back fence. That means whoever took her walked into the property. They didn’t just take her from the driveway,” she said.

Fisher described her dog, a member of the family. “She is a very sweet, smart dog but she has never been away from my parents unless I stayed with her and her sister Millie. We are all despondent without her. We are most worried as we know she was taken as opposed to walking off on her own. She has never attempted to test the invisible fence. Even not wearing the collar she never went near the fence line.”

“No questions asked. Please just return her to us,” Fisher said.
