Police: North Sea Man Arrested on DWI Charge
The man was stopped on CR 39 in Shinnecock Hills.
A North Sea man was arrested on a DWI charge on Saturday night in Shinnecock Hills, according to Southampton Town Police.
Ernesto Eutimio-Hernandez, 44, was stopped for a traffic infraction on CR 39 and further investigation revealed he was driving his car while he was intoxicated, police said.
He was arrested at the scene, transported to police headquarters for processing, and held for morning arraignment.
