A Southampton man was arrested on a DWI charge in Hampton Bays on Sunday morning, according to Southampton Town Police.
Ivan Guevara-Rojano, 21, was stopped for failing to maintain his lane of travel on East Tiana Road at about 2:47 a.m., police said.
Police say he was driving his car in an “intoxicated condition.”

He was arrested at scene, transported to police headquarters for processing, and held for morning arraignment, according to police.
