Police: Woman Arrested on Drug Charge at Southampton Sobriety Checkpoint
The arrest was made on Halloween night.
A Coram woman was arrested on drug charges at a sobriety checkpoint in Southampton on Halloween night, according to State Police.
The 20-year-old woman, was arrested at a checkpoint on Sunrise Highway at the eastbound rest area at about 11:45 p.m. on Saturday, police said.
The woman was charged with fifth degree criminal possession of marijuana, according to police.

She was released on an appearance ticket returnable to the Southampton Town Court on Nov. 16.
