Southampton Drunk Driver Facing Felony Charges: Police

BREAKING: The intoxicated man also had a revoked license and circumvented an interlock device, police said.

WATER MILL, NY — A Southampton man was slapped with felony charges after he was caught driving drunk and unlicensed in Water Mill Saturday, police said.

According to Southampton Town Police, Brian C. Zeh, 48, was stopped for multiple traffic infractions and subsequently arrested at 12:31 on Montauk Highway near Mecox Road.

He was charged with driving while intoxicated, a felony, first degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a felony, second degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor, and circumventing an ignition device, a misdemeanor, police said.
