Tuckahoe Superintendent Arrested After Alleged Domestic Dispute With Fiancee
The incident occurred last month.

Tuckahoe Superintendent Dean Lucera was recently arrested on charges of third degree criminal mischief and second degree harassment after an argument with his fiancee in Westhampton, according to a report in 27east.
Lucera, 52, of Manorville, was arrested on Nov. 21 after allegedly kicking in the door to get inside his fiancee’s home after discovering it was locked and grabbing his fiancee’s face and spitting in her face during a domestic dispute, according to the report.
Tor Jacob Worsoe Jr. of Holtsville, Lucera’s lawyer, told 27east that he believes the charges will be lifted since ”no criminal activity took place.”
