The public is invited to pay tribute to those who made the greatest sacrifices.

SOUTHAMPTON, NY — Southampton residents will gather Friday for Veterans Day celebrations to honor those who've made the greatest sacrifices for the freedoms enjoyed by all.
A Village of Southampton Veterans Day ceremony will take Veterans Memorial Hall on Pond Lane at 11 a.m., according to Southampton Village Mayor Mark Epley. The event, organized by the Commission on Veterans Patriotic Events, begins with a parade to Agawam Park that kicks off at the First Presbyterian Church.
In Sag Harbor, an annual Veterans Day parade from the Civil War monument on Main Street to the Chelberg-Battle Post of the American Legion on Bay Street unfolds at 10 a.m. The parade starts at the monument at the triangle where Madison and Main Street merge and goes to the American Legion on Bay Street for a ceremony. Refreshments for all afterward.
