Village Police Log: DWI Charged After Minor Accident at McDonald's
The following information was supplied by the Southampton Village Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation and does not indicate guilt.
Southampton Village police arrest reports for the week ending Oct. 31:
Driving While Intoxicated
Neneen E. Ford, 47, of New York City, was arrested Oct. 28 at 3:20 p.m. and charged with aggravated DWI, a misdemeanor. Police said they responded to a minor car accident at and Ford was arrested after an investigation.

Marco A. Ochoa, 19, of Southampton, was arrested Oct. 29 at 3:53 a.m. and charged with DWI and criminal possession of a forged instrument, both misdemeanors. Police said they stopped Ochoa while he was driving westbound on Hill Street in a Dodge Charger for failing to stay in the lane. After further investigation, he was arrested.

Andres J. Cartin, 18, of Riverhead, was Ochoa's passenger, according to police. He was arrested and and charged with criminal possession of a forged instrument and false personation, both misdemeanors.
