Winning $65K Take 5 Lottery Ticket Sold in Southampton Stop & Shop

One lucky winner hit the jackpot at the Southampton Stop & Shop, located on Main Street, when their Take 5 ticket scored the top prize Tuesday of $65,702.50.

According to the New York Lottery in addition to the top prize for the Tuesday Take 5 drawing, which was won by matching five out of five numbers, 193 players each purchased winning tickets worth $510.50 by matching four out of five numbers for the drawing. In total, there were 89,764 Take 5 winners for the February 9 drawing.

The winning numbers for the February 9 Take 5 drawing were 09-11-15-34-37.

The Lottery encourages everyone who bought a New York Lottery draw game ticket, to check their tickets again, as they could be holding a winner. Tickets expire one year after the game’s drawing.

The winners may claim the tickets at any one of the Lottery’s Customer Service Centers statewide, including the Long Island office at 45 South Service Road, Plainview, NY 11803 or at Resorts World Casino New York City, 110-00 Rockaway Blvd., Jamaica, NY 11420.
