5 Accused Of Weekend DWI In Putnam County

Two of them were charged with felonies because they have prior convictions, New York State police said.

SOUTHEAST, NY — State Police in Troop K said they removed 23 impaired drivers from public roadways over the July 13 weekend. Five of the arrests were in Putnam County.

On July 12, State Police from SP Brewster arrested Ismael Martinez Trinidad, 29, of North Salem, for DWI. He was traveling on Tonetta Lake Road in Southeast, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, police alleged.

On July 13, New York State police arrested Jhandry D. Cuenca Ramirez, 35, of Danbury, Connecticut, for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 6 in Brewster, New York, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, police alleged.

On July 13, State Police from SP Stormville arrested Liam Gallagher-Siudzinski, 27, of Cold Spring, for Aggravated DWI with a prior conviction, a class E felony. He was traveling on the Taconic State Parkway in Kent, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, police said.

On July 14, State Police from SP Brewster arrested Troy T. Perez, 50, of Yorktown, for DWI. He was traveling on Interstate 684 in Southeast, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, police alleged.

On July 14, New York State police arrested Franklin M. Llivipuma Pugo, 31, of Danbury, Connecticut, for Aggravated DWI Leandra’s Law with a prior conviction, a class E felony. He was traveling on Interstate 84 in Southeast, New York, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol with a child in the vehicle, police alleged.
