7 Thanksgiving Weekend DWI Arrests In Southeast, Brewster: NYSP

SOUTHEAST, NY — During their announced Stop-DWI campaign for Thanksgiving holiday weekend 2019, New York state police made seven arrests in Southeast and Brewster.

On Nov. 28, State Police from SP East Fishkill arrested Ezequiel Velazquez, 28, of Wallkill, NY, for DWI. He was traveling on Interstate 84 in the town of Southeast, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, police alleged.

On Nov. 28, State Police from SP Brewster arrested Paul R. Tripi, 47, of Somers, NY, for DWI. He was traveling on Interstate 684 in the town of Southeast, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, police said.

On Nov.29, State Police from SP Brewster arrested Gabriel A. Morales Recinos, 34, of Mount Kisco, NY, for Aggravated DWI. He was traveling on State Route 22 in the village of Brewster, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, police alleged.

On Nov. 30, State Police from SP Brewster arrested Mark I. Litsky, 54, of Fishkill, NY, for DWI. He was traveling on Interstate 84 in the town of Southeast, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, police said.

On Nov. 30, State Police from SP Brewster arrested Jessica Pineda Gonzalez, 42, of Cortlandt, NY, for DWI. She was traveling on State Route 22 in the town of Southeast, when she was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed she was under the influence of alcohol, police said.

On Nov. 30, State Police from SP Brewster arrested Carlos O. Guerra Lopez, 21, of Silver Spring, MD, for DWI. He was traveling on Peaceable Hill Road in the town of Southeast, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, police alleged.

On Dec. 1, State Police from SP Brewster arrested an 18-year-old for DWI. The subject was traveling on Danbury Road in the town of Southeast, and stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed the subject was under the influence of alcohol, police said, refusing to reveal the name, gender or hometown of the person arrested.
