Domestic Dispute Ends In Arrest Of Patterson Man: State Police
Two children were present during the incident, police said.
PUTNAM COUNTY, NY — New York State police who were called to a domestic dispute ended up arresting a Patterson man.
Troopers arrested Gilberto Acosta Ramos, 30, June 14. They charged him with Forcible Touching and two counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child, both class A misdemeanors.
They said their investigation found Acosta Ramos forcibly touched the victim and endangered the welfare of two children during the incident.

Acosta Ramos was arraigned before the village of Brewster Court, and released on his own recognizance. An order of protection was requested on behalf of the victims, and granted by the court.
