Nelsonville Voters Decided Mayor, Trustee Races

The unofficial results showed that the incumbents were turned out of office.

NELSONVILLE, NY — Voters in the Village of Nelsonville in Putnam County turned out Tuesday to turn out incumbents in contested races for mayor and trustees. According to unofficial results, Christopher Caccamise bested incumbent Mayor William O'Neill 110 to 95.

In a three-way race for two trustee seats, Dove Helena Pedlosky received 117 votes, Lisa Mechaley received 116 votes and incumbent Trustee Alan Potts received 103 votes.

Pedlosky and Mechaley were declared the winners.
