Three Injured in Jericho Turnpike Accident

They were transported to Syosset Hospital to be treated for their injuries Tuesday evening.

Three people were injured in a two-car collision at the intersection of Jericho Turnpike and Lafayette Drive in Jericho Tuesday around 4 p.m.

Nassau County Emergency Service Unit 2422 used hydraulic tools to extricate the passenger of one of the cars, while Syosset firefighters stretched a precautionary hose line and secured both cars.

All three were transported to in Syosset, where their conditions are currently unknown.
