Mohamed El Sherbini Wins 2013 PST Bottini Fuel World Open

Mohamed El Sherbini of Egypt defeated Wade Johnstone of Australia in 5 games to win the Pro Squash Tour's Bottini Fuel World Open at LiveTechnology's corporate headquarters in Tuxedo Park, N.Y. on Sunday, April 21 before an enthusiastic crowd, including youngsters from StreetSquash Newark. The young Egyptian battled his way through the weekend-long tournament which featured both local pros and international stars from more than 11 countries. In winning the tournament, Sherbini receives an automatic bid to the PST World Championship tournament, May 3 - 5, 2013, at the Detroit Athletic Club. 

Founded in 2009, Pro Squash Tour hosts tournaments in North America and Asia. Players from around the world compete to earn points and prize money at each tour stop of the season with the hope of qualifying for the season finale, the World Championship, in May.
