Tarrytown Continues Public Hearing Nov. 3 on Proposed Tree Ordinance

The Tarrytown Board of Trustees has scheduled another public hearing for Nov. 3 on the proposed tree ordinance. The first hearing was held on Oct. 20.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Tarrytown will continue the public hearing on the 3rd day of November, 2014, at 8 PM, in the Municipal Building, One Depot Plaza, Tarrytown, New York 10591, to hear, discuss and to act upon a proposed amendments to Chapter 281 entitled “Trees” of the Code of the Village of Tarrytown. The complete text of this legislation follows:

A LOCAL LAW to delete the existing text of Chapter 281entitled “Trees” of the Code of the Village of Tarrytown and to replace it with complete new text.
