We will be tasting a Filón Garnacha 2010 along with a Bleecker California Chardonnay. The Garnacha was sourced from thirty to forty year old vineyards. It offers up notes of smoke, mineral, and wild cherry that mingle with layers of ripe cherry fruit on the palate. This savory offering over delivers in a big way. The Bleecker Chardonnay is 100% tank fermented. Without the inclusion of any oak, the incredible fruit quality is able to shine through nicely. A fruity explosion, Bleecker was born from a winery error in the shipping and blending of the Wyatt Chardonnay 2010 with the Wyatt Chardonnay 2009, and the result is a nice surprise. We hope to see you there.
