UES Officer Charged With Assault, Police Say
A source from the NYPD said that the nature of the assault was domestic violence.

UPPER EAST SIDE, NY — A New York City Department of Corrections officer has been arrested and charged with assault, NYPD officials said.
According to the NYPD, Nicholas Osborne, 38, was arrested on Tuesday at 5:52 p.m. on the Upper East Side and charged with one count of assault in the third degree.
Osborne was off-duty at the time of the arrest, and sources in the NYPD said that the nature of the assault was domestic violence.
