Ballet Barre for Fitness

Come join us tomorrow at 8:30 am for our low impact total body class.  We use ballet barres, resistance bands for muscle toning and stretching.  Learn some ballet moves that will tone and elongate your muscles.  Walk ins $10 this month only! We also have T & Thurs morning 9:00 am or Tuesday night at 6pm.  www.bffli.com
