Library To Hold Spring Book & Bake Sale; Volunteers Sought

The two-day event takes place next month at the Seaford Library.

SEAFORD, NY — Spring is in the air at the Seaford Public Library, where they'll hold the annual book and bake sale.

Customers will find various books, from previous bestsellers to children's selections. Movies, music and books on CD are also among the items available for purchase.

The event also features baked goods donated by local businesses.

All proceeds go directly toward future programs and events and the Seaford Library.

It takes place on Friday and Saturday, May 5 and 6 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Volunteers are needed to help set up for the sale. You can call the library at 516-221-1334 to sign up.

The library is located at 2234 Jackson Avenue.
