Nassau Man Sues LiveNation over Jones Beach Ticket Prices
Claims the ticket giant unfairly charges hidden fees to increase ticket prices.

A man from West Hempstead filed a lawsuit against ticketing giant LiveNation for what he claims are deceptive prices on concert tickets.
According to Newsday, David Himber filed a lawsuit against LiveNation after he bought tickets to a Rascal Flatts concert in early September. To avoid online ticket fees, he drove to the Jones Beach box office. There, he said, he was still charged an extra $6 per ticket that wasn't advertised online or on any listings for the tickets.
Himber is seeking to have LiveNation refund the fees, as well as pay damages of $50 per ticket and $500 per purchase, according to Newsday.
