$2M Lottery Ticket Sold At Washington Heights Pharmacy

WASHINGTON HEIGHTS, NY — A Washington Heights pharmacy sold a winning $2-million Mega Millions Megaplier lottery ticket for this week's drawing.
The second-prize winning ticket is one of two sold in New York that matched the winning numbers drawn on June 9, according to the New York Lottery. The winning numbers were 1, 5, 9, 10, 23, with a gold Mega ball 22.
The Washington Heights ticket was sold at Healthy Heights Pharmacy at 1370 St. Nicholas Ave.

The other ticket was sold at a Spring Valley food mart and deli.
Each ticket is worth a guaranteed $1 million, but also matched the five numbers and the Megaplier prize, which is valued at $2 million.

The jackpot ticket for the Mega Millions was sold in Arizona.
The lucky New York ticket-holders are among several in the state who walked away with a lottery win the past few weeks.
Also this week, a Forest Hills convenience store in Queens sold the winning Take 5 ticket worth $57,834.50, the second day in a row that a Queens bodega has produced a winning lottery ticket.
A $2-million Mega Millions Megaplier ticket was also sold in Queens for the May 29 drawing, according to the New York Lottery. That ticket was purchased at Express News on Main Street in Flushing.
The Mega Millions lottery has players in 44 states, the District of Columbia and the US Virgin Islands.
