Grinning Subway Creep Arrested, Police Say
The man is accused of exposing his privates on an Uptown Manhattan A train.

WASHINGTON HEIGHTS, NY — A man is facing charges for flashing his privates on an Uptown Manhattan A train, police said.
George Matias, 50, was riding on a southbound A train traveling through Washington Heights on the morning of Feb. 23 when he exposed himself, police said. Matias was arrested Thursday and charged with public lewdness, police said.
Another passenger on the train was able to snap a photo of the accused creep, who smiled and waved to the camera for the photo.
