Man Shot In Face As Bullets Rain From Window Of WaHi Building
Police said a dispute inside a West 163rd Street building spilled onto the street when someone started shooting from the building's window.

WASHINGTON HEIGHTS, NY — A man was shot in the face in Washington Heights Thursday morning by somebody firing from the windows of an apartment building onto the street, police said.
The shooting started just before 11 a.m. at the 444 West 163rd St. building when people involved in a fight inside came out onto the street and started throwing rocks up at an apartment, police said at a press conference later in the day.
Suddenly, someone inside the building started shooting from inside an apartment out onto the street, police said.

One man was shot in the face as the bullets rained down, police said. He was rushed to Harlem Hospital, an NYPD spokesperson said. The spokesperson did not have details about the man's condition.
Police said four people were being questioned about the incident, but that no arrests had been made yet.
