Missing Washington Heights Boy, 14, Returns Home, Police Say

The boy was reported missing after leaving his Washington Heights apartment Sunday.

WASHINGTON HEIGHTS, NY — A boy who was reported missing in Washington Heights has returned home safely, an NYPD spokesman told Patch.

Jayden Germonsen, 14, was reported missing Tuesday, two days after he was last seen leaving his home, police told Patch. Germonsen left his home on on West 184th street between Wadsworth and Saint Nicholas avenues, around 5:30 a.m. Sunday, police told Patch.

Police did not confirm where Germonsen was or what he was doing while he was unaccounted for.
