Photos Of Washington Heights Assault Suspect Released, Police Say
The man is wanted for punching a 75-year-old man on a Washington Heights street.

WASHINGTON HEIGHTS, NY — The NYPD released new photos of a man suspected of attacking a 75-year-old on a Washington Heights street, police said. Investigators are still trying to identify the suspect in an attempt to make an arrest.
The 75-year-old man was attacked Saturday, Jan. 13., on Broadway and West 157th Street, police said. An unknown man approached the victim around 8 p.m. and punched him in the face and body, police said.
The victim suffered redness and swelling but did not have to be taken to the hospital, police said.

Initial surveillance photos of the suspect were grainy and in black and white. Those recently released (seen above) offer a clear glimpse of the suspect's face.
Police say the suspect has light skin and is likely in his late teens or early 20s. The attacker was last seen wearing a green bubble jacket with fur on the hood and black pants.
